Introduction

Thanks for choosing Aria. Aria provides online automated mastering services for audio. Users upload an audio file, Aria processes the audio (mastering) and provides mastered audio files in several audio formats for download. By signing up or otherwise using any of these Aria services, you are entering into a binding contract with Aria LLC. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and any additional terms that you agree to. In order to use the Aria Service you must promise that any registration information that you submit to Aria is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.

Changes to the Agreements

Occasionally we may make changes to the Agreements.

Ownership of Uploaded and Mastered Audio

Ownership of mixes uploaded to Aria Mastering and masters generated for these mixes remain with the respective owner. Aria simply provides a service to process the audio. Under no circumstances does Aria own audio uploaded or mastered.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions allow you to master x songs (example 10 songs for the Artist Subscription) per month. The month starts when buying the subscription and continues to renew unless canceled by the user. Remaining quota will not carry over to the new month. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to our Subscription Policy: Subscriptions run for a minimum of 1 month and renew for another month unless canceled. Aria LLC will automatically continue your subscription after each month and charge the subscription fee to your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. To cancel, go to "Manage Subscriptions" and click on “Cancel.” There are no refunds or credits for partial months. There are no refunds if you did not cancel on time.

Data Retetion

A data retention policy, or records retention policy, is an organization‘s established protocol for retaining information for operational or regulatory compliance needs. It defines how long a company retains data before removing/deleting it from the system. Aria will keep your mixes and masters on the system (ariamastering.com) for one (1) month. After one (1) month Aria will remove your mixes and masters automatically from the system (ariamastering.com) completely. The system (ariamastering.com) will indicate that mixes and masters older than one (1) month are removed. Aria will not keep any archives of removed mixes and masters. Aria will not be able to recover any removed files.
